Thursday 12 February 2026 saw the first Journey LGBTQ+ History Month trivia quiz: ‘Pride on the Line’, kindly hosted by the KPMG Breathe network in Canary Wharf, London. Hosted by Felicia aka Lee Nicholson-Brown, we raised a fantastic £592 for Terrence Higgins Trust.
You can still give to the JustGiving page here (remember to set the 'tip' to £0 unless you want to line JustGiving's pockets for nothing!).

The idea came from Julian Perkins from Hitachi: marking LGBTQ+ History Month with a charity fundraiser trivia quiz, and so 'Pride on the Line' was born. Felicia, by day District Line driver Lee Nicholson-Brown, was master of ceremonies, setting and delivering the questions spanning general knowledge, transport trivia, LGBTQ+ history, and an all-queer music round. Felicia enforced their 'no sass' rule with zero tolerance for backchat, and managed to only give one answer away! 50 LGBTQ+ people and allies from across the transport sector representing dozens of organisations came together for a very fun-filled and successful evening, and so we will certainly do it all again in 2027.
The extremely expensive (plastic tat) trophy was won by Queery Quizzers, formed of TfL and DfT people, but thanks to the huge generosity of Lee, Mel Knight from KPMG, and Warren Scott from BTP, pretty much nobody left empty-handed thanks to a prize table bursting with a range of gifts, some of dubious value.
Massive thanks to Felicia/Lee in particular, but also to the organisers from DfT, Hitachi, KPMG, and TfL and of course to everyone who came along and gave so generously to a very worthy cause.
