Aviation Pride UK’s next Flight for Inclusion industry advocacy event will take place on Tuesday 9th September 2025, hosted by our corporate sponsor Gatwick Airport.
Titled “Turbulence Ahead: Navigating DEI Rollbacks in Aviation”, this free session will focus on the growing challenges to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion across the sector.
This event brings together industry partners to share experiences, exchange ideas, and discuss practical ways to support colleagues and maintain inclusive working environments. As DEI initiatives come under increasing scrutiny in some areas, it’s an opportunity to reflect on how the aviation industry can respond constructively.
The event is open to those working across the industry who have an interest in workplace inclusion, advocacy, or people-focused roles. Attendees are welcome to join either in person at Gatwick or virtually online.
