Connect Out and Connect Women+, are delighted to invite you to our 13th Annual Lecture, a cornerstone event that brings us all together for an evening of insightful discussions and networking.

This year’s Annual Lecture is titled ‘The Fabric of Identity: Self, Style, and Progression in the Workplace’. Connect Women+’s UKIMEA Board Sponsor, Tom Wilcock, will open the event and introduce our speakers for a meaningful conversation around LGBTQ+ and women’s inclusion—within and beyond the workplace—and why intersectionality is a vital part of that dialogue.

Topics of discussion will include:

• The challenges of expressing and presenting your authentic self in the workplace and exploring members’ lived experiences.

• The ways in which LGBTQ+ people and women might decide how they are or aren't seen at work.

• And how they navigate decisions around visibility and how to reduce barriers to foster a more inclusive environment.

This will be followed by an open Q&A, time for networking, and refreshments (for those attending in person).
