About the Event

Join us for the May Journey meeting where we will mark International Day against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia (IDAHOBIT, on 17th May) with a webinar covering what organisations in the transport sector can do to tackle the -phobias: both directed towards our colleagues and towards our customers.

We will draw from the Journey LGBTQ+ transport worker survey about the experiences of our LGBTQ+ colleagues, as well as existing customer surveys such as  the 'Out in London' report, and would love to hear your insights and experiences too.

We aim to provide some practical advice that you as LGBTQ+ network leaders can use to influence your organisations to make your workplaces and services more LGBTQ+ inclusive. If you would like to contribute to this session, please drop us a line.
