Raga D’silva is an award-winning public speaker, author, and LGBTQ+ activist working at the intersection of leadership, storytelling, and social justice. After a global career in media, advertising, and marketing across 11 countries, she now focuses on amplifying underrepresented voices and challenging narratives within the LGBTQ+ community.

She is the creator and host of Older Queer Voices, a platform and podcast dedicated to elevating the stories, experiences, and wisdom of older LGBTQ+ people. Raga is also the co-founder of OUTspoken Speakers Network CIC, the UK’s only queer-led speakers’ agency.

A proud lesbian of Indian origin, Raga speaks powerfully about authenticity, inclusion, ageing, and visibility. Drawing on both her international leadership experience and her lived reality, she inspires individuals and organisations to lead with courage, empathy, and integrity.
