LGBTQ+ UK Transport worker survey 2025

At Journey we are interested to hear from LGBTQ+ people working in UK transport organisations (aviation, bus, freight, maritime, rail, tram, etc), as well as people working in support services such as consultancy and engineering.

Our aim is to collate these responses and create a report that will provide an unprecedented picture of the inclusion of LGBTQ+ people working in the sector.
